Ntando Cele works as an educator, writer, director and actress. In 2003 she created Black Auction for Redeye's fifth birthday and choreographed Sakubona, which showcased at the NSA Gallery as part of the Jomba Dance Festival. In 2004 she performed educational theatre at schools all over South Africa. She also created Unveiling as part of Republic, directed by Jay Pather as part of the Jomba Contemporary Dance Festival. In 2008 she created Frigid Foreplay as part of Musho Theater Festival.
