Take 1 x BOB CAT, mix thoroughly with 20 keen Little Cato Manor community members, arm members with gardening tools prior to mixing. Allow mixture to simmer for up to 10 hours and the result is EXTREME MAKE OVER LITTLE CATO MANOR.
The creation of two new gardening beds, one cleared child friendly play space, redirection of previously stagnating water puddles into new gardens and a 60 ton pile of junk which in the next few days will be transformed into LITTLE CATO MANOR'S MINI MOUNTAIN, an attention attracting grassed mound which will act as a display area and playground at the entrance to Little Cato Manor.
